Alliance Commercial Investments Buys Rock Hill, SC Retail Center

The Cherry Road Crossing shopping center in Rock Hill has been sold to Alliance Commercial Investments of Greensboro.

The deal is valued at more than $13 million.

The center, which opened late last year, is anchored by a 63,240-square-foot Super Bi-Lo supermarket.

The sale included an undeveloped parcel that can accommodate 6,000 square feet of future shops.

The center is at 2102 Cherry Road, a major commercial thoroughfare.

CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.'s Charlotte office represented the sellers, Florida-based Corporate Property Group and its partner, McDonald Properties of Greenville, S.C.

Alliance Commercial Investments acquires grocery-anchored retail properties throughout the southeast.

CB Richard Ellis (NYSE:CBG) is based in Los Angeles. The company has 29,000 employees in more than 300 offices worldwide.
